About us
The EPC Company is an established company specialising in the production of Accredited Energy Ratings & Consultancy Services for the Domestic/Commercial Property Market and the Building/Construction Industry within Northern Ireland.
The EPC Company is a subsidiary company of SCH Construction Ltd which is owned and operated by Stephen Harpur MCIOB Dip DEA having over 10 years experience within the Construction Industry.
Alongside his experience Stephen, holds full corporate membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), is a fully qualified and registered Energy Assessor and is a member of ABBE, ECMK Ltd and Elmhurst Energy Ltd Accreditation Schemes.
As a company we are committed to professionalism and the ethical behaviour required by the Chartered Institute of Building, endeavouring continually to improving levels of customer service and quality within the Construction Industry.
Hence this has lead to us expanding into the field of providing and offering energy efficiency services. We are here to help you comply with the new legal requirements.
All our Energy Assessors are fully accredited and hold Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
